I really dont have to talk about their "outstanding" service...im being terribly sarcastic here. The manager of the bank is even sweeping the floor as hes always under-staffed. Hes never in his cabin to attend to customers. The bank is age old in every way of functioning and will not improve one bit given another hundred sorry years.
The people there are extremely incompetent and have no clue of how to run a "customer - oriented" banking service. Theyre arrogant, uncourteous and terrible to work with.
Ive just lost my ATM card, and it happens to be my terrible luck that there are three public holidays in a row (along with their Monday holiday) and I dont have a "helpline" to call and block my atm card. This is one of the most ludicrous banks to work with, and I highly advise you to move out of them asap before its too late.
