Hello friends I am a canara bank service user and I want to share my personal experience of using its poor online payment system. actually often do online shopping and I often need to recharge my e wallets as well. but I face many problems while making online payments.
actually the main problem is related with its otp verification. actually I receive otp after a very long time. I often wait for otp for 10 minutes for making any payment and its really very irritating.
the another problem is related with their poor balance update system. because they often give wrong balance in my account. sometimes my transactions become fail but balance is deducted. I am really frustrated with this problem.
