Recently I am looking for new account opening for my new Firm in Delhi. I visited my nearby Canara Bank Branch for Account Opening so that It will be easy for me in future for transaction near my office. But I feel very Bad after listhening to official of Bank. All employee of Bank refer me to each other and ignore the customer, Even Bank Manager can’t take any action. After some time they refused to give any Form and told me to visit again after 2 days. After 2 days they clearly told me that They are unable to open an account due to work load, You come after 2 months.
What an unsatisfactory answer by Canara Bank.
Then I visited other Bank, They openend my account within 3 days and I am using all facility of that Bank.
