I had the most bitter experience of Banking with Canara bank as it was the only nearest branch for my convenience, after depositing the amount then I realized that I have been duped!! yes literally DUPED!!
the Net banking facility is almost I say "non existent" because the ID has been dispatched on 23rd Nov and I received it by 3rd Dec and it say the PIN or Password will follow on 3 days later and its been 20 days I have not received any thing, in spite of my numerable calls and mails and approaching the bank physically there has been no response. The methods they use are old and conventional, that is why ii say it is still lagging ten years from the other banks, they still have a PASSBOOK, passbook is old now no one has the time to update it..we have Mobile banking and what not for all these things but for them PASSBOOK is mandate...what a joke!!!
Please do something about it ASAP or close it down, its good for nothing!!!
Its high time you renovate and innovate your ideas and come at par with other nationalized banks....
