Hello guys. I purchased canon image class mf3010 printer at year 2014 amount rs 9800/- . Initially it’s superb in performance . But after 3-4 years it no more of used.
Once my printer ( march 2016) stop working , I moved throughout the city to repair it . Unable to find service station in Nagpur city. Finally I went to other computer local repairing center to get it done.
No home visit support from company sides. One no. I received from call center for home visit. That guys said to bring ur printer. When I went there I found that was local engineer working at other shop , it’s not canon service station.
Regular maintenance required need to change printer drup every month .
Page jam is 10times in day.
Need to removes Print Catrages Every days to clean it.
# printing speed slow - 10pagez print times 2-3 mins
#Guys go for other better option available in market.
#It waste my money in terms of maintanice cost.
#Average maintainance cost 3000/- per year approx.
