Canon IXUS 130

This is my second Canon product . My first camera was Canon IXUS 110. But , as the model got older I thought of upgrading my camera. I was considering brands like

• Nikon

• Sony

• Canon

I went to a electronic shop to see the cameras. I wanted

• Minimum 14 MP

• Good zoom upto 4x

• Effective flash

• Slim body

• Colorful body

• Good battery life

• HD Video Recording

I checked all the cameras but I was really glued to Canon as I had a good experience with them. Also , the IXUS 130 had a good looking slim body and  good battery life and passed all tests with flying colours.

Ok so now the Pros and Cons

Pros

• Really good Battery life

• Attractive colour ( I have a orange colour one )

• Very good build quality ( Working in top condition even after 5-6 drops from 4 ft )

• Fits easily in pocket

• Looks different from other cameras

• Good image & video quality

• Sensitive microphone

• Good screen

Cons

• Not so user friendly

• Bit difficult interface ( for amateur users like me )

• A bit of a crowd puller

Overall I will recommend this camera as it is very VFM and can put SLRs to shame. I give this camera 4 out of 5 stars . I am very happy with this camera and hope that it goes on and on for years.
