Picture quality is very good and for the most part it is easy to use but some features are not as intuitive as they might be.
I havent tried all the features yet but was able to use it for photos and video clips while on holiday without any issues. On the down side, the screen is difficult to see in very bright sun(not as good as my Canon Powershot G9).
Transferring photos to my tablet worked well after a bit of fiddling but cannot transfer wirelessly to my PC. The camera cannot see the PC at all. Fortunately the cable for my G9 fits so have been able to transfer via usb.
As others have commented, it doesnt seem to be as robust as previous Canons Ive had, in particular the door covering the battery seems quite flimsy and the cover over the connector ports gives the impression it needs to be handled carefully. My other major gripe is the cost of a spare battery.
