I want to share my personal experience about this printer. I bought this printer from a showroom five months ago. I was happy with this printer because its control is easy and simple. It’s looking is attractive but I face the problem with it last two months ago. One day, I need the printout of my documents but its print quality was poor and unreadable. I call to customer care and They say that technician will be coming very soon. The technician came at my home and change printer cartridge but he took extra charge for this service.
