Hi Guys, last year, in the same month I purchased Canon Pixma MP287 for my Cyber cafe. I have lots of complaints with this printer. First off all the Canon service in Haldwani area is not worst, it is horrible. I am from the IT field so some basic issues I handled from the last one year, but you guys will not believe that this Canon model is a bunch of issues.
Cartridge(main issue), Paper Jam, Air bubble issue(through color bottle) are the main problems with this printer. But positive news is printer quality. I am very satisfied with the printer quality. Printer color is cheaper than other color printer, means its Cost effective. So finally want to say that if you can handle the bunch of issue with good printing quality, you can purchase the same. But beware from the "ink absorber" error. Don’t try to solve it from your own or with the help of internet. If you face the same error, please contact to customer care or service center.
