Capgemini is a very good IT company to work .It has lots of new technology and good client base.There are full pf opportunities. It has flexible timings to work.Advantage in this company is to get a chance to work from developers to Architect!Working as a fresher get good salary.It offers an integrated service.Its good for learning in this company but low increments.I have been working here full time less than a year.It has a open culture.Benefits are given on targeted work but job security is qiestionable.That means if I am performing well then its good for me and the company but if I can’t able to fulfill the target of the company then I am of no use for the company!No career growth if stationed onsite!There are different software tools and corporate lofe for a fresher.So overall it is very good company for the freshers to learn many things because they focus very much for freshers!
