One thing that I have been hearing and am myself very sure of is - Capgemini conducts fake walk ins, but wonder WHY?
I attended one walk-in conducted by them at Pune location for testing profile and was selected, well so-called selected :D coz they never cared to call back! In fact I got in touch with 2-3 other job seekers who were also so-called selected in the same walk-in and they said the same thing that nobody tried reaching out to them! wonder why so much of tamasha in the name of walk-in and then not turning up to get back with the selected candidates!
Highly unprofessional attitude! in fact latest they conducted some AS/400 walk-in in Pune again and did the same thing all over again, a friend of mine was so-called selected and never heard back!
And the most disgusting thing is they don’t even reply back to ur mails pertaining to these walk ins. The day is not far when they will for once conduct a serious walk-in and employees don’t turn up to work once they roll-out the offer letters :
I think that would be the best way to make them taste their own dish! ..... and well, I believe people should attend their so-called walk-in and confront them with queries related to so many fake walk-ins that they have been conducting since forever! .....phew!
