I Joined this company with rich 7.5 years of experience. But I am on Bench as The company did not get it’s project to which they hied me. It’s been 4 months now.
Managers speaks negative words (Market is open, Get adjusted to it for concerns). No desk, No PC not even a chair. My manager speak like a layman.
This company is not fit for experienced people. Infrastructure is poor. Work Culture is not healthy.
