Following the incidents of The Avengers, Captain America The Winter Soldier, Avengers Age of Ultron three major cities New York, Washington DC, Sokovia were destroyed. In this one during a mission a bomb explodes in a building killing innocent people including children. By this incident government passed SUPERHERO REGISTRACTION ACT by which every enhanced individual should enroll with the government and they will held accountable for their actions. This devides the avengers in two sides. Iron Man stands by the government side cause he thinks we need to be put in check, but Captain America says what if there is a situation where we are needed and they won’t let us. This conflict becomes even darker when a secret of past is revealed.
