I ordered a ring for my mother from Caratlane.com as I wanted to surprise her before she left to another state for a promotion. I selected CaratLane as I had only heard praise about them. I browsed through their site and l loved the pieces they have to offer, every design was simply lovely. After selecting the ring I liked best(which was very difficult as all were so gorgeous)
I finally placed my order. I soon realized that I had made an error and so I contacted their customer care & had a word with an executive about the error who very sweetly helped me fix it. I absolutely loved how the CaratLane executives were very nice, helpful and they kept providing me with updates regarding my order. I also told them about my ordeal(as my ring had higher quality diamonds, the ship out date was 13th April- this would mean that I wouldnt be able to give this ring to my mom on time) I requested them if they could expedite it.
The executive told me that they would try their best to help me but also explained that crafting the ring so quickly might be difficult. My order was placed on the 30th of March and thanks to the lovely people at Caratlane.com I received it well before the initial delivery date. I received it on the 6th of April and was able to give it to my mom who was pleasantly surprised. The way the packaging was done was lovely and it ensured that nothing happened to the jewellery inside. There were also fake scented flowers in the box which ensure that it all smells lovely and I thought it was a nice touch!
All in all, I am very satisfied with CaratLane and would urge everyone to go with Caratlane.com if they want to purchase jewellery online. The staff at CaratLane were very helpful and did they level best to guarantee that I have a good experience.
