I’ve shopped several times from Caratlane and my experience has not been pleasant. Their website shows computer rendered images of the jewellery and the product you receive most of the time does not meet expectations or looks anything like the picture. On top of that very slow delivery time. Their customer service is absolute worst. My last order was a gold chain for which they sent me a wrong item.
After returning it, they did not bother to send me replacement. I had to call and ask for the same and It’s been almost a month and I’m yet to receive my item. I’ve contacted them several times and every time the customer service person tells me that they would call me by end of the day to let me know the status which they never do. Avoid Caratlane unless you want to go through frustration and suffering.
Update: I was asked order number by Caratlane representative on mouthshut. After 2 days, I’m yet to receive any update or follow up. One would expect a prompt response so that a bad customer experience can be turned into good customer experience. Shows how terrible their support is.
