The customer service at the carat lane store in Phoenix market city, Velachery was exceptionally good - the staff were engaging and very helpful. The product was delivered right on time and of course the quality is good. I chose carat lane for the beautiful designs and the options available to get the jewellery forged in a metal of my choice. In all, it was a lovely experience.
