We regret bying a Used Wagon R from CarDekho Bangalore branch. They sold a car without catalytic converter, and refuse to cover it under 6 months warranty. They resort to the fraud PDI report that they claim to have done at their showroom though the customer is not present. They take OTP from customer saying pdi is done in his absence & make false promises that any issue will be covered without any questions. When we complain, they cleverly say the specific part is not covered. Anyone who knows about Catalytic converters can see their farce when they claim catalytic converter’s presence can be verified during a visual / superficial PDI! Please avoid, if you don’t want to part with hard earned money to cheats.
