My care policy #10631924 10 lacs cover needs to be migrated from care to care supreme and since, last 10 working days am interacting with RENEWAL TEAM OF CARE INSURANCE OVER PH AND EMAIL. I am only asking them to send me renewal link to pay 11590/- premium
BUT... They keep sending a mail where, a copy pasted excel sheet of preexisting ailments marked as Y/N for many ailments is pasted on email ( there is no way to tick yes or no) so after consulting with one of their team members I replied " I have none of above preexisting ailments - NO for all"
Still they are not sending a renewal due to reason that I have to write No for every ailment mentioned. Trust, me it’s not a tick box attachment of excel sheet but it’s a copy paste of many ailments, pasted on email, how does a person keep writing no against each on that email??
Out of frustration their team has stopped my renewal!
Very disappointing experience, nothing but a state of mental harassment.
VERY HOPELESS UNCOPERATIVE BACKEND AND FRONT END TEAMS, OF THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. PLS DON’T CHOOSE THEM
