Last December, I was visited this place for a hair spa.but my experience about caressa day spa is not good.Decoration of this place is really nice but service is horrible. Attitude of all the staff was well but I found that they could not done their service properly. They are not skilled enough. They took maximum time for done their work. Almost 1.5 hours. They did not gave all things which was necessary for a hair spa.when I was complained them , they said that some products were short. I was totally shocked. Otherwise for this worst service they were charged ne 3000 rupee. I never feel any change in my hair, even my hair became rough. I waste my money and time both. They are totally fraud. I never recommend it to anyone.
