It’s the worst experience anyone could have had from any website in past. Paid online for “Xado Absolute Motor Flush & Anti-carboning” worth 636/-. I never received any email confirming the transaction and later after 2 days when I tried to login to their website the transaction stood cancelled to my shock. Immediately tried to call their customer care number shown on the website it says the number you are trying to reach is unavailable from 5 days. Some times it says the customer you are trying to reach is currently NOT reachable. Now a days, Land-line numbers are ALSO NOT REACHABLE IN INDIA unlike mobiles. I’m wondering if the website is functioning or active?! Left messages on their offline customer care chat box many times yet NO response from their end.
Absolutely no products delivered & no refunds with fake customer care number! It’s just like an offering into a hundi.
My suggestion for everyone around here is better read reviews before you buy something for the first time from any website.
Now, my concern is why don’t we have a regulatory authority/complaint cell from Govt. of India for websites against defrauding?! If governments have control over services like Facebook, Orkut, Twitter like social networking sites why don’t they concentrate on websites which are into monetary frauds too!?
Update: I received a call after 15 days from Carkhana customer care and they delivered the product a week later.
