I went for a scheduled maintenance for my Maruti Swift PB 28E 2808, a month back. Maintenance was done, all the filters, oils have been changed. The very next day, I was getting the hand brake warning light, I went again, they said might be sensors issue, but it was not and they corrected it and I came back. Again after 15 days I was getting the Oil and Engine warning lights on the dashboard, I again went to them, again they said, sensor is gone, there might be moisture in the diesel tank and might be filter is also gone, it will cost you 2500, dammit! no diagnosis and you are asking to pay you 2500.
I was utterly frustrated so I went to the unit head. He assured me that you’ll change the filter free of cost if needed. Instead they changed the Sensor which costed me around 1300, no oil tank was checked for moisture, nothing. Instead they said, your battery is gone! WOW!
Are you seriously doing your business? This is shameful guys, really! I am into software industry and customer service is our moto, and look at you, shameful.
I am going to every forum and every blog and every means to portray your pathetic sense of technical in competitiveness.
