Worst Customer Service

I recently purchased a Carrier 1.5 Ton Durakool AC from Rathna Cools Pvt Ltd(Chennai). As I already own a Carrier 1.5 Ton Window AC,  I opted to Buy Split AC. But to my dismay , it dint work out well as i thought.

The cooling effect is not as mentioned. I informed the customer service (32111111). They informed me that the engineer will inspect within 24HRs, but nobody turned out and to my surprise I heard from customer support that my issues was closed since a engineer already visited my place.

I was totally disappointed and then booked a new ticket again. But after that I dint hear from them or no one visited my house. Later after one month I called them and enquired abt the ticket and they said that the engineers were unable to trace my place and they put it in pending. I dont know what communication is being done between customer service. **Very Disgusting and disappointing**. I believed Carrier to be a Good company but due to this** poor service**, it stepped down.

Don’t know what is going  on in customer service and is there any one who is monitoring the tickets status and closure. I suppose rather running this kind of service you can directly say that you don’t provide service at all after installation.
