I bought Carrier AC 5 years ago. We have 3 samsung Ac one Lg in total.
But unfortunately the most expensive and well know brand like Carrier who is know for quality product has failed to perform. I personally bought this for my bedroom and now I am being mocked upon because of this faulty product.
Every year same issue of water leakage happens.
None of the other AC’s hvthis leakage issue. Everyyear technician comes cleans the filters and takes off, last visit on 13th april 2018bthey filled in gas. But condensation problem persists.
Really disappointed on my decision.
