Recently I requested a service from Carrier from Ambattur Chennai. He has sent his agency person from Vijay Ganesh engg. Although problem was bcoz of stabilizer he asked me to check gas 410A. I have refilled in 2022. I asked him to show the pressure and if pressure reduced I ll refill. He asked soap water and when I went to bring soap water he opened and asked me to refill even though every thing was good. Carrier never cared about after sales service and they give agency to this type of worst people. So before purchasing Carrier please keep after sales service in mind.
