I purchased this product 1month ago and then I was pretty much satisfied with the product.
But after 20days of regular use I started facing many problems like the remote sometimes works sometimes not, the off timer didnt worked which was strange and upseting because everytime I have to switch off the ac at night.
And the mania problem came when the gas got leaked within 20 days only we called customer care but they came after 2 day to fill the gas and bring the ac into working condition all over a very bad experience.
