I am not a very easy customer and I must have taken atleast 4 to5 times round to Cars24 Thathawade pune site from August 2022 to April 2023 to choose car of my choice. my earlier car was from honda stable. I am thankful to Cars24 that they were kind and patient enough to show me various cars - took test drive of Honda CRV, BRV, duster and then finally Toyota Corolla Altis. 2016 VL AT model. I got a good deal from Cars 24 and they were kind enough to solve my small issues during warranty period and first 7 days of my buying it. The process of buying was very simple and very professional. the car got transferred to my name within months time. All small queries were resolved quickly with the cars 24 app. I am enjoying my car rides and mileage was also reasonable of to 14.5km/L. I will strongly recommend every one to visit the Cars 24 and have the offering of various car models without much fuss. I would also like to thank the warranty team who worked more efficiently – Harish, Akshay Sawant for door to door service and came on weekends and was available all the time whenever I called them.
