Most pathetic after sales service

I sold my ford endevaour(2389) to the worli branch in Mumbai on September 3, 2017. I was told the RC transfer and insurance transfer will be done in 3 months maximum and I will be sent the documents by email.


It is now more than 8 months and I have not received anything.


I have been calling the call center since January. First they lied saying that they have already sent it. When I kept following up they said they will need to check.


They send me emails saying that within 48 hours my query will be resolved and then nothing gets done.


These guys are complete frauds. Sell your car to them only if you want to feel like a dog running around for documents.


The center manager is least interested in helping so you would not know who to follow up with.


This is the last email received from them on April 26, 2018:


"Thank you for writing to Cars24.


We would like to express our deepest regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that the ownership transfer has been completed and the vehicle has been sold to end buyer. We have escalated your concern to our department and they will get back to you with updated RC within 48 hours.


Please contact us via phone at 1800 258 5656 or write back to us for any further assistance.


Your case reference number is 320143."


Nothing happens if you write back or call them. This company has no concern for its customers.


Only recourse left now is to file a case at the consumer court.
