Unlike others, my experience was a bit different. I had finally purchased a car I loved ever since I was a child from cars24 since they offered the best price for the condition of the car. But life took a sharp turn when my company decided to transfer me to the Mumbai office. Since the VW Polo GT I had purchased was registered in Delhi, didnt want the hassle of re-registering it to a different state. Thats exactly where Cars24s return policy came to the rescue as one day was still pending. I raised a request and they started the formalities. While I had heard a lot of things about cars24 regarding their after-sales service and warranty support, even their return policy is awesome and can save you if life has other plans. Hopefully will find another Polo in Mumbai soon.
