Highly not recommended. Go, sell your cars in market, exchange it or scrap it. But never go cars 24.
I booked. My Dezire 2010 model car inspection, for sale on 8th of october 2024, it was told that its free of cost inspection.
My car was in excellent condition, and the same was conveyed to me during inspection. After inspection the executive forced me to pay Rs.349 for getting the report. And I paid it. While I get the report it was having several false point. Like roof has dent , while there is not a dent of even a size of a cumin seed. He didnt checked the coolent which was recently changed and mentioned that the coolent is rotten . He also hit my car from side while he was getting it parked at my paeking and the side mirror cover also fallen down and escaped to break.however I asked him that I will park it my self.
Later on I got a quote from cars 24 for Rs. 71000/ but they called me to sell it below 50000/-
Since than they repeatedly generating quotes and calling frequently for selling my car on a lower price than they quote. They spoiled my 2and half months and disturbed my mental piece too.
The last quote they shared of around 57800 but calling to sell it at a price of 43000/- its still lesser than the scrap value.
Dont ever choose cars24 to sell or buy a car. I had worst experience ever. They are just making money in the shake of inspection. And loting your money.
