My experience with cars24.com was good in as much as I managed to have my vehicle evaluated and sold without much hassle. However, its promise of gifting a bonus of Rs. 5000 PayTM cash to my referrer hasn’t been kept despite several number of follow-ups via e-mail and telephone. Additionally, I was promised that a copy of my RC book showing details of the new owner would be sent to me within 90 days of date of sale of my car to cars24.com. It has been nearly 8 months and despite assurances over telephone and e-mail of this being sorted at the earliest, I yet await receipt of the same. Thoroughly dampens the good-ish experience I had when selling the car.
