Hi friends I want to share my personal views on the carzonrent.com.
I had done online booking for a car in Hyderabad for 22nd March morning 8 A.M the driver called previous night to confirm the pickup location and time etc.
At 8 A.M the driver refused to come and said he does not know if anyone else is coming and call the office. Of course, no one responded on the toll free number for a long time.
I had tough time to organise alternative for my son and 70 year old mother at Hyderabad airport for remote location in Bangalore.
I will not trust this company in future. Wish I had read the reviews before booking it myself.
