The pickup was scheduled at 11am on 24th. at 10.30am in the morning just before I was leaving for the pickup I thought I will just re-confirm and when I spoke to the concerned person he told me that give me 10 minutes and he will check and let me know the status. on calling again he told me that the car was unavailable and that there were no 7 seater cars available with them. when I asked him the reason, .
