Nobody is picking calls and replying to emails

I have ordered L-shape sofa on 7 Nov 2022. Order number(18460). Expected date of delivery was 20-30 days. I have made full advance payment. After 20 days when I asked the status they said that delivery has been delayed by 10 days because of some unforeseen problem from the production team. I tried to contact the sales person multiple times and she did not pick my call. I ignored this thinking she might be busy on that day. Since then I am calling her daily thinking she might answer today but all went in vein. Today I am writing this review here thinking she might respond as she responded to a few negative reviews here. Her name is "samreenansari2204".


I might use this correspondence along with all the reminder emails if I need to file police complaint or any legal action in the near future.
