This is a fraud comany. They will fool you telling its in production and you will never receive your product. For 2 months I waited for my product. After all false promises, endless lies, games, ignored calls and msgs i received it two months later. From the customer care person tothe production guy Rahul, everyone was a liar the entire time. They convinced us that the product was ready and was getting dispatched but it was no where close to it. Once they sent the product to the delivery go down location, they refused to pay the money for delivery that was to be made to my house which we had already paid the company. Until the end after we threatened to sue the company of fraudulent activities no action was taken. The minute we spoke of legal actions the product was delivered in an hour. This is the worst company service I have ever come across! It’s a shame people work like this! I also gave a review on the site under the product i purchased, it requires approval itseems. We know now that all the bad reviews were rejected and never on the page hence cheating customers with only positive reviews.
