Update: I got the refund.
I bought a phone, Poco M2, of which network had tremendous issue. I specifically told them I want a refund but I recieved a replacement which I refused after talking with the customer care, thus I did not posses the device.
The return status on the app showed that the return was successful, it has been 15 days since the return was completed but I have not recieved the refund.
I have called them up multiple times, and yet I have not recieved any proper response or dispatch of my money. It literally takes a second to transfer cash these days.
I am pretty sure they are not going to refund me. Never trust these "trusted" websites. Always prefer Amazon.
