I had placed a request to sell my phone on the platform. I faced various issues with it.
It was supposed to be picked up on a Monday but no one came that day. After I raised a complaint - the executive came in on Wednesday - who was a mean fellow
He took the phone and said the back is damaged(there was very light discoloration due to the phone cover). I was supposed to get Rs 4000 for the phone, but only got Rs 2000 for it.
I checked up again after raising a complaint, and to my horror the team sent me back photos saying that the product was damaged - it now had SCRATCHES ON THE BACK OF THE PHONE, which was NOT THERE EARLIER. I know this was done by that executive to justify the low price he paid to us.
I’m giving it one star because there is no option to give a zero star.
Overall a poor experience. I’d rather throw my phone away than give it to cashify.
