Lately I got my iPhone 7’s screen changed via cashify, and I was disappointed to see the quality of the new screen.The screen was extremely dull and had software issues(it used to click at random spots while using).This problem had not occurred before, though as soon as I got my screen changed, it started to malfunction.
While the technician was still there, I tried informing him about the same and asked him for a replacement, although he won’t budge.
After about a day, I tried contacting the costumer service, and they always said that the technician would come the day after but that day never came.
I am extremely dissatisfied with their product as well as there costumer service and I don’t recommend getting your phone fixed by them.
