I have very very bad experience. I requested for a tech for my I phone 7 from cashify and they sent quickly. He suggested me change your battery I asked to change, he changed the problem was same, he told plz change your screen too I asked him plz change, he changed and it was working than I asked him why this battery is draining so fast he told me sir it’s a new battery once you will charged it completely it will not happen and I did the same thing but the problem is same
After that I filed a complain to cashify and they took 14days to send a technician, he came and changed the battery but was problem I told him bhaiya ye problem to waisa he hai, he said sir aap company se baat karo mujhe jo boola mai wahi kar reha hu bus
I mailed to company again, they took a week to reply and giving me suggestion plz charge it properly etc.I told them sir I already did that
They didn’t reply. I sent them so many reminders they never reply
Again I sent a mailed that I am putting a case against you in consumer court then they replied and sent there technician again with same battery to replace but I refused to replace it because that battery was local and not supporting
Than I asked for refund they are saying we are sorry this is not under our policy
They didn’t put genuine parts in my mobile and they took my original parts,
I paid them for there pathetic works more than 5000
Now I field a case against cashify, not for my money for the justice only, So that next time they will never cheat with any other person
