Never Sell your product with Cashify.
Useless services. I got an appointment for my phone pick up after 2 days from the date of call.
I got half a dozen messages in whatsapp and calls on my phone regarding the confirmation. I had good patience to respond as I was looking at disposing my phone ASAP.
Finally the schedule for pickup has been fixed and notification received on SMS.
I was waiting for the guy to come and pickup. He didnt turned up as per the schedule. The website says that the pickup has been rescheduled based on my request( I was surprised to see the change without my involvement)
again half a dozen calls and WA messages to re-confirm. over and above Cashify team started calling me about what happenned. bla bla.
I started explaining that there is no involvement in rescheduling.
God knows when they will come and pick up my mobile.
Unforntunately Cashify doesn’t even know what is happening in this case. They keeps asking whether the partner came to pick up the mobile or not
