I recently got my Oneplus 3T screen changed through screenpro as the bottom portion of the touchscreen was not responsive.
Although Cashify seemed a bit expensive, I believed it to be trustworthy and they serviced the phone at home and at a time of your convenience. The technician arrived, I was surprised to see that the screen was not an original Oneplus. But with the 7 days money back guarantee I didn’t see it as an issue. After a few unsuccessful attempts the technician was able to fix the screen. It seemed good value for money and the touch was working fine.
As this was my spare phone I didn’t install a SIM card until 3 weeks. When I did, I was shocked to learn that I couldn’t hear any phone calls unless I put the phone on speaker. On contacting cashify, they said the warranty was only applicable to screen issues(not if they screwed up any other part of the phone).
I’ve lost the trust I had in them. IMO get it repaired from the authorized service centre or a local store. But if you do like to gamble, test your phone completely before paying.
