I sold phone on Cahify earlier(5 years back) and it was a good experience. BUt around 1.5 years earlier I sold my iphone 6S plus it was 128 gb model. I was offered only 9500 INR for it on Cashify. I could have sold phone easily to other in 12000 INR but I thought to go with it for ease of sale.
What happened was that Cashify guy who came started saying battery health is only 80%. I told him 80% is acceptable. He only offere 7000 INR for an iphone 6s Plus 128 GB. I had booked another phone so I sold that phone. But later I realized cashify was selling iphone 6s 64gb for 14K. So they must have made atleast 10K on my phone.
Recently I called cashify guy to repair my iphone x 256 GB and he said repair cost of 18K INR and said the phone is damaged. Resale in broken condition 5K and working condition 20K. I went to the marked and got he phone repaired in 7K only! Then I went ahead and sold the phone for 24K INR.
Cashify guy kept on calling me to sell the phone. Bheek hi mangne par utar aaya tha. Very pathetic. My advice is be less greedy and have some dignity.
