I had a real bad experience with them. My claims were rejected and my objections went futile. In fact rejections increased and reached to the extent that whole thing started looking like fraud. I wrote a scathing review on Mouthshut.com. Suddenly they got into action and finally they paid every single paisa due to me. I am keeping my old review and subsequent writing intact here. -
My original review:
When you visit the site it is unbelievably rewarding. Out of the world discounts and no stupid conditions. Deals like 200 back on 350 etc.
In disbelief you try it couple of times and behold cash does come in your account. Now you get exited and get in with full frenzy.
They have said that whole cycle till refund takes 120 days. You in your excitement do not pause to think why so much time? 120 days casually convert to 180 - 200 days. You are happily shopping all this time and joyously seeing the money grow.
Then rejection start coming. The wording are like this: "Unfortunately your earlier cash back of Rs 1462.50 has not be approved by Snapdeal. "
You furnish all the details and proof. They sweetly agree that you are right and we are after the vendor. Mean while you continue shopping. After all you did get the money earlier few times.
This nice game of assurances continue. One day you get tired of it and write to vendor yourself and then reply comes: We never offered this deal. If at all, It was given by’Cash Karo’ so kindly take your problem there.
Now it is only the question of how soon you get tired.
