I agree with the above comments and I am happy that now at least employees are understanding what is going on in CbAy. I went through the cited comments. Everybody has forgotten about one more specimen of Cbay Mr. Shiva Bora whose qualification is Masters in Deduction Technology because he is the one who is responsible for discrepancies in salary, shift allowance, or other perks if at all any (except chamchas).
One more thing I have noticed is about our Production Damager Mr. Suresh Gowda who has got beautiful English (masters from Harvard in English) does not have courtesy to respect employees views and he does not know how to talk to employee as he addresses everybody singularly irrespective of their age and experience, he is kind of a person who does not have self-respect and who does not respect others.
Can anybody give a solution to overcome this ?
