I have no complaints in their payment gateway. So far so good. It has been working great.
They have provided multiple numbers and extensions to talk with their compliance team. and no phone gets answered.
If you email them. you wont get email replied.
This all happens AFTER you have taken the services. Not before.
Its a torture to have such entities in your eco system of business.
I wonder, why customer service is so pathetic in our country . seems the moment you pay or sign agreement, then its your tern to face the torture.
