CCavenue.com website is simply ridiculous.
It took me 30 mins. to fill out merchant registration form and in the end I get "404 Page Not Found" after submitting the form. It happened 3 times. Though all other websites were working fine. So, no probs. in my net connection.
Why don’t they just shut-down this website so that no one waste time on their foolish website? And everytime we contact their customer care, there’s a big image of "Back in 5 minutes". Is there anyone in this organization who really want to work instead of eat and drink?
So, from form registration to your transaction you are inviting trouble by using CCavenue.com gateway. I am also suprised by reading other reviews. It looks that CCavenue guys and their seo company work hard to maintain their reviews on mouthshut.com. This being the case no wonder this company is on verge of collapse.
The bottom line is, if you want to save your money, don’t sign-up with ccavenue.com
