Chennaipattinam Project was launched by Cee Dee Yes during 2007/2008 to attract customtakeouters with Pre-EMI waiver option with which they pay the same until possession handover and possession hand over was promised in Advertisements that by 04/30/2010. Now the construction is delayed for both waiver customtakeouters and non-waiver customtakeouters; EMI started without apartment handover. Now the customtakeouters are regretting for signing the contract with Cee Dee Yes. Now, Cee Dee Yes’s stand is totally different forcing the customtakeouters pay Pre-EMI / EMI without a clear date of possession handover. They set dates for Pre-EMI payments; but not for possession handover, in agreement document. But in But in advertisements it was different.
