First and foremost I would like to thank Mr XYZ, for really trying and solving my problems with Cegonsoft and also Mr ABC for patiently hearing to my problem and the description of my project and suggesting a proper project which would suit my requirements.
MOM: Points that were discussed in the meeting on 11th May 2013:

Met Mr XYZ and Mr ABC and explained the flaws of the previous project which was prepared by Cegonsoft on C# platform.
Explained my requirements to Mr ABC about requiring mobility of the nodes and optimizing of at least 3-4 wireless parameters.
For which Mr ABC suggested 3 projects which would run on Java platform, also showed me the videos of the same, I felt one project suits my requirement with some minor modifications if done, told the same to Mr ABC.
Since the technical person Mr TRAINER was not available at Malleshwaram, Mr ABC asked me to meet Mr TRAINER at Jayanagar 9th block branch of Cegonsoft at 5.00 pm the same day.
I thanked Mr ABC and Mr XYZ and left the premises.

Met Mr TRAINER and explained him about my project requirement.
went through the project explanation of 3 projects and also analysed the working of the three projects but felt that the project named " Bandwidth recycling of 802.11" would suit my requirement and told the same to Mr TRAINER
As I had stated to Mr ABC in the morning about installing and running the project on my laptop would not be possible this week since I was not carrying my laptop today,
so had mentioned that I will first select the project today and for installation and running the project on my laptop, I will approach Mr TRAINER by next week, told the same to Mr TRAINER.
Also asked Mr TRAINER about the changes that needs to be made in the project, the changes are stated below: a. I need mobility for the nodes ( at least the nodes should move to a smaller extent as my project is about Mobile Ad-Hoc networks) b. the parameters which are being optimized in my project are to be listed on the output screen. c. The Title on the output screen has to be changed from " Bandwidth recycling" to "Topology selection in MANET’s".

The complete source code should be in a format which can be modifiable by me (please do not provide the codes in any other format which cannot be edited as it happened last time)
The project should be installed and run on my laptop (as there is no other hardware involved in my project) as stated for which the hardware and software specifications if any required has to be stated by your end.
Since I am not a professional in Java software platform, I need to be accompanied by one of my friend to understand the operations and execution process of the project for which I need your kind approval.
