I was supposed to meet Dr refai there. I wanted a 7.30pm appointment and on calling the hospital, the lady at the reception insisted I come by 7pm, I reach promptly at 6.45 pm itself and she says me to wait for 2 min and I can see the doctor soon, But this never happened and I had to wait for an hour, Around an hour later, when I asked the lady whats going on?, she just kept saying’one more patient left’, I just wasted my time here waiting and I just walked out as I realised this is not working out. Utterly disappointed with this clinic and would not recommend to anyone
