Dear friends, today I’m talking about Central Bank of India(CBI). Actually few month ago my wife has opened an account in Central Bank of India, Gulzarbagh, Patna Branch. The customer service of the bank is worst. There are only few staffs and some of them are also remain absent. Whenever I have visited the branch for updating my passbook, I have to return without updating. After 7-8 month of opening my wife’s account yet the passbook can’t get updated. Once I have visited the branch to apply for internet banking but they called me after 2-3 days. Now days all the banks are giving fast service but Central Bank is very slow. In terms of technology Central Bank is far behind the other banks in India. I won’t recommend CBI to anyone.
