This central bank of india is a very bad bank. They didn’t care about their customers they just fooling their customer. They did’t resolve any problem but they increase that problem more. No services are satisfied and no cooperation with the customers.
I also face the same problem so I switched to State Bank of India which is more trusted.
I don’t recommend this bank to any other.
Money transferring and depositing takes two days within this bank .
The staff is sitting there to make people fool and one more tging the printers are never working.
My passbook is never printed for 1 year because of the malfunction of the printer.
